Chalet Cocktail Parties

These are inclusive packages available to groups of people on Holiday in the alps. The packages have been designed to cater for groups in Chalets or apartments located in either Val D’isere or Tignes.

These packages include not only a professional cocktail bartender but a lit cocktail bar, all the ingredients and specialist cocktail glassware. Each party is individually designed to suit the group’s tastes. This way we can ensure the best possible range of drinks are available.

Party Styles

2 Hour Free Bar

This is the most common. Here the bartender will set up the bar and serve for two hours unlimited cocktails to the guests. (non alcoholic bars are also available)

Cocktail Making Session

A great way to bond as a group, not only are all the drinks free but all of the guests will get a chance to make their own drinks under the guidance of a professional bartender. This is super as a teambuilding experience or just a memorable evening for a group of friends or family (non alcoholic versions are also available)

Tasting Sessions

This is aimed at guests that are interested in learning more about the world of spirits. It gives the opportunity to taste a large range of spirits, with the guildence of a professional to help understand difference in production methods and areas. The options are either to stick to one spirit or to go across the board and learn about the spectrum of spirits available.

Some Example Drinks

No Bananas

The was invented in Val D’isere for a thirsty manager in Dick’s Tea Bar. The requirement was simply... ‘No Banana!’ It is a Gin based drink, mixed with fresh passionfruit, orange bitters fresh lemon and a mix of passionfruits and simple syrups.

Ginger Ninja

An interesting marriage of flavours. Homemade coffee and orange syrups, smashed with fresh ginger Bermudan Dark rum and fresh lemon. A lovely spicy short drink.

Madeline

The winner of the ‘Bar Warz’ Competition 2009. Fresh lemon shaken hard with Coco real coconut cream, fresh lemon, lemon bitters, Arette Blanco tequila and a splash of Licor 43.

Crack Baby

A popular shooter from London. Fresh strawberries and passion fruit shaken vigorously with simple syrup and topped with champagne.

These are some new inspirations but we can also do any classic or contemporary classic drinks requested.
