Our company was established in June 2006, the idea was to provide a top quality service at a reasonable price. Through over 8 years involving ourselves in all aspects of the drinks industry we have a broad knowledge of both mixing drinks and event management.

We believe alcohol should be drunk responsibly, mixing good drinks ensures that flavors are savored rather than thrown down ones throat. This moves away from cocktail menus which revolve around mainly sweet cocktails such as ‘Long Island Ice teas’ and ‘Sex on the Beach’, and introduces both classic recipes as well as new inspired concoctions.

Our aim is to re-introduce the idea that a bartender is not only there to create the drinks, but to entertain with talk about what people are drinking as well as perhaps being able to throw bottles and condiments around, known as flair bartending.

We do not feel that any person should be left out from enjoying well mixed drinks, therefore we offer our services to anybody, whether a birthday party or corporate event. We also have an extensive range of non alcoholic drinks to offer to younger crowds.
