Shows

A routine, choreographed to music, consisting of either one or two flair bartenders performing behind a bar unit and making drinks. These drinks are not ordered by the public but are given out to the audience at the end of the routine. The idea behind these shows are to entertain, rather than to serve drinks, once the show has been completed, general service can be resumed. These shows are an ideal way to start a cocktail evening, or as a mid-party interval.
