Bartender Training

This caters for individuals wanting to learn the art of bartending. Whether to pursue the skills simply for pleasure or as career, our years of experience both in training staff and service have given us the perfect tools to train both individuals already in the industry and those either not in or just introducing themselves to it.

Flair

This aspect of bartending is not easy to just pick up or teach oneself, but, like with any skill, once mastered can be taught. As with any specialist skill, a student’s progression will depend on the standard of the teacher. Our world standard award winning teachers take pride in the speed and ease they impart their knowledge. Many of our students have gone on to competitions and freelance work, for which a high standard of skill is required!

Our courses range from as little as one day up to one month (5 days a week).

Our group sizes can be larger, catering for groups of friends, or private.

Mixology

Years of reading books, going to spirit, wine and champagne tasting sessions can be saved by simply attending our lessons in mixology. Whether you are looking for private lessons or a group tutorial, we can teach you simply how to mix up some of your favorite tipples or the full spectrum of our knowledge from the histories of alcohol and mixed drinks to how to pour the perfect pint of real ale.

These courses start as short as one 8 hour day through to a three month course. As an option, you can sit a formal exam with us. Providing you pass you will receive an official certificate as proof to show your new employer, or just for your own personnel satisfaction. This certificate will include the syllabus and our contact details to use as a formal reference.
